Reproducibility bundle

Every run produces:

• report.md — full analysis report
• figures/ — all publication-quality PNG figures
• tables/ — all result tables in CSV format
• commands.sh — exact commands to reproduce
• environment.yml — conda environment snapshot
• checksums.sha256 — SHA-256 verification
